The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in finance or a related field and has a solid command of Excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities:

• Support updating spreadsheets and reports in the area;
• Assist with accessing invoices and receipts through the system;
• Monitor accounts receivable and maintain closing reports;
• Support all administrative activities of the finance department;
• Assist in serving internal and external clients with billing and collection-related issues.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing higher education in Financial Management, Administration, Economics, Accounting, or similar fields;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model: 2 days onsite in Botafogo and the remaining days remotely, from 9 am to 4 pm;
• Expected graduation starting July 2027;
• Proficiency in Office package (Excel and PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.

Preferred skills:

• Conversational English at an intermediate or advanced level to collaborate with the global team.
