As an Enterprise Skills Transformation (EST) Engagement Manager, your role will be at the intersection of program management, technology, and change management. You will collaborate closely with local AWS Training & Certification (T&C) field teams to build EST's presence in LATAM and partner with senior stakeholders from AWS's largest customers to lead strategic upskilling engagements under our Enterprise Skills Transformation portfolio of offerings. You will analyze the customer's business goals and enablement needs, working closely with AWS Account Teams, T&C colleagues, and technical specialists to develop and implement upskilling programs that support their business transformation objectives.
One of our offerings, AWS Skills Guild, is a consultative engagement designed to inspire organization-wide cloud adoption and foster innovation. It accelerates cultural and technological shifts by helping develop and launch bespoke cloud enablement initiatives using the AWS Skills Guild framework.
Successful candidates will have a strong project management background, professional consulting experience, knowledge of organizational change management, functional knowledge of AWS and cloud computing, and a passion for enabling customer transformation. We value data-driven individuals with leadership skills, including stakeholder buy-in, effective communication at all levels, and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. We seek problem solvers who can navigate ambiguity and work independently to achieve optimal outcomes.
