EST Senior Engagement Manager, Enterprise Skills Transformation, LATAM

Do you have a passion for driving workforce transformation through upskilling, strong program and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver customer impact? As an Enterprise Skills Transformation (EST) Engagement Manager, your role will be at the intersection of program management, technology, and change management. You will collaborate closely with local AWS Training & Certification (T&C) field teams to build EST's presence in LATAM and partner with senior stakeholders from AWS's largest customers to lead strategic upskilling engagements under our Enterprise Skills Transformation portfolio of offerings. You will analyze the customer's business goals and enablement needs, working closely with AWS Account Teams, T&C colleagues, and technical specialists to develop and implement upskilling programs that support their business transformation objectives.

One of our offerings, AWS Skills Guild, is a consultative engagement designed to inspire organization-wide cloud adoption and foster innovation. It accelerates cultural and technological shifts by helping develop and launch bespoke cloud enablement initiatives using the AWS Skills Guild framework.

Successful candidates will have a strong project management background, professional consulting experience, knowledge of organizational change management, functional knowledge of AWS and cloud computing, and a passion for enabling customer transformation. We value data-driven individuals with leadership skills, including stakeholder buy-in, effective communication at all levels, and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with local AWS T&C teams to establish EST presence in LATAM and promote offerings with regional customers.
  2. Partner with AWS enterprise clients and field teams to define, develop, and execute skills transformation programs.
  3. Understand customer goals and needs to deliver impactful programs.
  4. Manage all program activities, including planning, reporting, and risk mitigation.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of customer outcomes, using data-driven metrics and reporting.
  6. Gather feedback to refine EST offerings through collaboration with internal teams.
  7. Become a subject matter expert on large-scale enablement programs and educate teams and customers.
  8. Build ongoing relationships with AWS teams to enhance collaboration and scale initiatives.
  9. Prepare business reviews for AWS leadership, highlighting insights and advocating for customers.
  10. Lead change initiatives to improve the AWS customer experience.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years in organizational transformation, consulting, or customer-facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in program management, change management, strategy, or process improvement
  • Functional knowledge of AWS and cloud computing
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
  • Organizational Change Management certification or experience (e.g., Prosci)
  • Certifications such as SCRUM/Agile, PMP, Prince2, SAFe
  • Deep understanding of training and tech market trends
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven results in complex, ambiguous environments
