Activities:

Application management, acquisition and maintenance/subscription of licenses, budget definition, interaction with Business and Software Supplier. With Business references to identify opportunities for license optimization, proposing new tools or consolidating existing ones, as well as leading pilot projects to test new software and providing support to the end users for technical queries. With her/his IT Manager for the software budget definition and control. Interacts with the Software Vendors for contract definition, quotes and SW licenses implementation. Will also act as focal point for the IT Technology/PD application interacting with the related application manager in case of problems and/or new enhancements/projects to be delivered in LATAM. Need to interact with the CNH engineer becoming their partner and facilitating any problem resolution and/or promoting new requests for application enhancement through the collection of user requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related discipline, or equivalent
• IT experience, experience technology tasks in Licenses Management and application support
• Experience facilitating international and multidisciplined teams
• Supplier management and coordination
