Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements, supporting process managers in discussions about reference standards (accreditations, societies, etc.), ensuring interface with support teams and organizational units;
- Coordinate activities related to quality and safety assessments (ONA, JCI, FACT, AABB, ISO, and others);
- Manage data and information from diagnostic visits, accreditations, and educational assessments to prepare the corporate management dashboard;
- Implement evaluation methodologies for support and management services (HR, Engineering, Education, SSMA, Third Parties, Communication, etc.);
- Conduct internal diagnostic evaluations with internal audit teams to support applicable methodologies;
- Develop and monitor action plans for improvements to address non-conformities;
- Utilize risk management tools (FMEA, APP, ISO 31010 tools) to support implementation plans;
- Conduct technical visits in partnership with specialists across units in a multidisciplinary format;
- Oversee monitoring of facilities management, safety (FMS), fire prevention and fighting plans, and SSMA-related projects;
- Deliver training, capacity-building, and specialized courses.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Complete graduation in Administration, Nursing, or related fields;
- Post-graduation in management and/or related areas, OMS Taxonomy, national accreditation ONA, international JCI, Quality Tools, Risk Management, FMS, PCI, and GLD;
- Previous experience in Quality and Risk Management processes.
Additional Information
Work Schedule: 08:00-12:00, 13:00-18:00, and on Fridays 08:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00; 44 hours/week, 220 hours/month
