Responsibilities

• Make frequent visits to the fields, reporting on product performance according to the manager's strategy.
• Install and manage demonstration areas for the Rovensa Next portfolio at major commercial customers.
• Run demonstration areas for promotional events.
• Identify and report business opportunities to the commercial department.
• Suggest marketing actions to increase sales of strategic products.
• Promote relationship/outreach actions with regional stakeholders.
• Generate product performance data at the field level for compilation by coordinators.
• Assist in technical and commercial training for partners, demonstrating field results.
• Contact potential customers to promote the company's products.
• Provide customer service by sharing and gathering information on product and service performance to meet customer needs.
• Participate in trade shows and events, including setup, organization, and material management.
• Manage and care for materials such as tents, signs, and banners.

Expected experience and knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy.
• Postgraduate degree in Agronomy or related fields is desirable.
• Experience in Plant Nutrition or Application Technology is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
