Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, being responsible for:

• Actively defining and implementing the strategy of Mercado Pago's Software House Partnership Program;
• Being the commercial responsible for creating and developing a strong partner base in this segment;
• Contributing constructively to the evolution of products, services, and processes by providing valuable insights and participating in pilots and innovative projects;
• Proactively managing operational risks, ensuring routine and process compliance effectively;
• Achieving robust and sustainable results across operational, financial, and qualitative aspects.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel;
• Deep knowledge of the financial and acquiring sector;
• Previous experience managing partnerships with broad segment relationships;
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, presentations, and SQL.
