• Support month-end accruals and analyze spend variances
• Ensure accurate expense coding and track budget vs. actuals
• Review invoicing trends and collaborate with AP to reduce manual processes
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks that support organizational goals

We’re looking for a Finance Procurement Operations Specialist to support our Global Business Partners and G&A teams, driving operational excellence across Finance Procurement Operations.

Duration 1 year as FTE

What You’ll Do:

• Support procurement operations and help improve systems and workflows
• Partner with business and legal teams on supplier sourcing, contract reviews, and renewals
• Manage finance tasks: POs, change orders, invoices, supplier management, and reporting
• Support month‑end accruals and analyze spend variances
• Ensure accurate expense coding and track budget vs. actuals
• Review invoicing trends and collaborate with AP to reduce manual processes
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks that support organizational goals
