YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for generating profitable sales that meet territory objectives through meeting and/or exceeding established sales targets for the Risk Intelligence business in Brazil.
  • Cultivate and build strong business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
  • Demonstrate the use of the product to the customer.
  • Obtain and provide territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration.
  • Seek out and form strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Accurate planning and reporting of all sales-related metrics.
  • Develop skills in prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, and closing.
  • Generate a qualified pipeline for new business.
  • Complete required sales reporting and ensure accurate 90-day, 60-day, and 30-day forecasts updated weekly.

RESULTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Achieve overall financial and sales goals.
  • Achieve cross-sell goals.
  • Achieve pipeline development goals.
  • Optimize retention as a stretch goal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be fully bilingual in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven top sales performer.
  • Ability to articulate selling philosophy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and marshal resources effectively.
  • A minimum of 3 years selling in a related industry with a focus on sales training.
  • Strong writing, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment is a plus.
