What's the role?
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the country’s HR function by contributing to budgeting processes, incentive calculations, union relations, benefits programs and renewals, and people analytics initiatives.
What does the role involve?
- Responsible for administering the incentive program for the sales force, aligning with the company’s financial planning, budget provisions, calculation, results communication, and informing eligible employees about the awards to be paid.
- Partner with LATAM Total Rewards team to plan, coordinate, and implement, along with the regional Compensation & Benefits team, the review and issuance of salary structures, annual salary planning, short-term incentive programs, market benchmarking, and job evaluations.
- Responsible for benefits programs and their renewals.
- Support budget planning exercises, prepare feasibility studies, salary change simulations, impact analyses, identify opportunities/solutions, and propose actions aligned with the company’s compensation structure and policies.
- Responsible for consolidating and reporting HR subsystem data to management, including salary relations, organizational structure, KPIs, headcount, turnover, workforce evolution, and variable compensation tracking.
- Monitor and provide support in union relations.
- Be knowledgeable of payroll processes—how to manage payroll inputs (outsourced payroll) to support the current Payroll Analyst.
What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Administration, Finance, or related areas.
- Intermediate English (capable of handling a conversation).
- Ability to negotiate at different hierarchical levels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing high volume of data and able to run simulations/provide conclusions based on the outcomes.
- Required previous experience: employee benefits renewals & negotiation, Brazilian payroll experience, people budgeting planning exercises in a multinational organization.
- Labor relations and Workday experience are a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
