Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Governance Enablement Specialist based in Brazil. You will transform governance knowledge into practical content, creating trainings, webinars, and workshops for internal teams and clients.

You will support Sales and Customer Success with governance insights, conduct maturity assessments, and contribute market guidance to product and service development. This is a fully remote role with health, meal, and family-related allowances.

Formación

• Professional governance experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency
• Knowledge of AI tools and applications
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Participation in governance courses is a plus

We are looking for a corporate governance professional passionate about transforming specialized knowledge into practical, accessible solutions. In this role, you will help strengthen governance culture internally and across strategic client relationships, working closely with Governance Officers and senior stakeholders. You will lead the creation of educational content, training programs, webinars, and workshops that promote best practices in corporate governance. As a technical reference, you will support commercial and customer success teams while helping clients assess and improve their governance practices. You will also contribute market insights and strategic recommendations to enhance products, services, and customer experience. Accountabilities

• Create, review, and distribute specialized corporate governance content, including articles, educational materials, publications, and resources supporting Marketing and Sales initiatives.

• Plan and deliver webinars, workshops, and other corporate governance education initiatives, strengthening the organization's position as a market reference.

• Develop and conduct internal training programs for Sales, Customer Success, and other teams, expanding technical knowledge of governance and its application within the company's products.

• Support the review and improvement of processes, practices, and materials used by Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring alignment with governance best practices and product value propositions.

• Act as a corporate governance subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to internal teams, supporting commercial presentations, client discussions, and consultative materials.

• Conduct governance assessments and support clients through specialized processes, including governance maturity evaluations and assessments of boards and other governance bodies.

• Build and maintain relationships with Governance Officers and other governance professionals at strategic client organizations, encouraging knowledge exchange and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Monitor market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities, providing insights that contribute to product and service development and market positioning strategies.

• Support senior Customer Experience and Customer Success leadership in designing and executing strategic initiatives, particularly those focused on market education, internal capability development, and governance improvement.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in Corporate Governance and/or Corporate Law.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.

• Knowledge and practical familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and applications.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and engaging content.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess governance practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Participation in corporate governance courses, professional forums, or programs offered by organizations such as IBGC is considered an advantage.
