You will be part of our primary contact with Pharma division customers, to deliver excellence in customer experience, providing professional communication, building trusted relationships with our final and internal customers. We’re looking for a dedicate & passionate by customer experience person for this position!

Key responsibilities
  • Customer’s focal point
  • Receiving purchase orders from our customers & adding on the system accordingly
  • Monitoring the orders closely
  • Sending documentation
  • Communication & Negotiation with the internal teams as sales, planning, export, financial & quality (In Brazil & plants abroad)
  • Using Sales Force tool for communication thought cases.
