Responsibilities and assignments

We are currently seeking an exceptionally dedicated individual to take on the role of Tech Sourcing Specialist - Global.

In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate and manage global technology contracts, collaborate with the Legal department to ensure contract alignment, monitor and track expiration dates of contracts, develop category and sourcing strategies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, provide support to GPO in their negotiations and projects, collaborate with GPO PSS to identify synergies and implement process improvements, and perform additional related activities as needed.

Utilizing your planning and organizational skills, flexibility, negotiation experience, and ability to handle stress will be essential, as this role requires a proactive and action-orientated approach with regards to addressing problems and getting the best deal to meet the needs of our stakeholders and create a good environment with our suppliers, as they are an integral part of our value chain. That is why we believe strong relationships with them are critical to business success.

Requirements and qualifications

It is mandatory:

To hold a Bachelor's Degree

Fluency in English because of the extensive interaction with foreign stakeholders and suppliers (this will be tested during the interview)

Maturity to interact with high-level stakeholders

Intermediary Excel

Negotiation & overall procurement knowledge

It is desirable:

Some experience in purchasing or sales.

Project management (PDCA, DMAIC, Agile, SCRUM)

Technology knowledge
