You are a specialist in a process, workstream, or area within Mondelēz International Digital Services, supporting service operations.

How you will contribute

Utilize your process and service expertise to meet service level agreements. Drive standardization, develop SOPs, support training, ensure compliance with policies and laws, analyze exceptions, recommend improvements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting benefit processes in Brazil
• Managing benefits operations, compliance, and employee inquiries
• Handling private pension processes
• Supporting project initiatives

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
• Desirable: English proficiency
• Proficiency in Excel and O365 tools (PowerApps, Automate, BI)
• Interpersonal skills, customer focus, analytical thinking, time management, confidentiality, planning, training skills, supplier management, and a bachelor's degree

Work Location: Curitiba/PR or São Paulo, in a hybrid model
