Dover Fueling Solutions seeks a Configuration Team Lead to oversee product implementations within the CPQ-FPX configurator. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensuring the development of effective configuration solutions while enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge in engineering, and the ability to lead complex projects to meet market demands.

Qualificações

  • Experience with Database Management and SQL required.

Lead the configuration team in the development of product implementations in the CPQ-FPX configurator. Meet commercial and operational demands, developing systemic solutions in the configuration tool, aiming to meet the needs of the market and the company's expansion and commercialization.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and/or change bills of materials and technical specification matrices together with the leaders of each project, aiming to ensure the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Work on implementation plans and design solutions for product configuration, leading the configurator team in the development of interfaces and configuration in logical rules for creating configurable bills of materials.
  • Include/enable products and their options in the CPQ-FPX product configurator, aiming to release the product for sale.
  • Work on preparing the PDM-FPX interface (configurator database management software) and activities related to CPQ with Oracle, regarding the creation of bills of materials and item registration.
  • Coordinate with other Wayne manufacturing facilities on activities related to PDM (Product Data Management software for the configurator database) and CPQ-related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the configuration team, balancing workload as needed to meet SLA commitments.
  • Lead RCA (Root Cause Analysis) investigations and manage non-conformity dispositions related to the Bill of Materials.
  • Manage tickets and engineering-related activities in the SharePoint system associated with CPQ-FPX.
  • Perform data and statistical analyses to drive continuous performance improvement for the team.
  • Handle commercial and operations team requests related to system improvements and issue resolutions within CPQ-FPX.
  • Manage KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews with the configuration team to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other tasks related to your area of activity, at the discretion of your manager.

Complementary Information:

  • Completed Higher Education: Engineering / Information Science / Information Technology
  • Have a deep knowledge of mathematical and logical rules
  • Experience with Database Management (Database, SQL, Product Configurator)
  • Experience with Java programming language syntax
  • Experience with Office package and Oracle ERP system
