Job Description:

CIP Senior Analyst

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world. As CIP Senior Analyst, you will play a key role for Customer Investments Plans in the area of IBO – Integrated Business Operations. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to issue customer incentive plans operations which will involve contact with internal customers such as Business leaders, sales representatives, and BG Commercial centers to perform day-to-day operations.

The impact you will make in this role:

• Communication with internal customers and stakeholders
• Collaboration and teamwork inside 3M
• Sharing ideas and suggestions about improvement processes
• Processing and validating CIP payments for customers (rebates and MDF's)
• Processing rebate payment requests (Sales Force Case)
• Checking and validating MDF proof of performance, ensuring consistency with our guidelines

Your Skills and Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Graduation in Administration of Business, Accounting, or other related areas.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (writing, speaking, listening)
• Strong knowledge in Excel and Office Apps.
• Background (experience): Finance (RTR), Order to Cash (Cash app), Accounts Receivable, or Customer payments
