We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our Existing Seller Management (ESM) teams at Amazon BR. This professional will play a crucial role in data analysis, insights development, and process optimization to drive the success of our existing sellers.
The Business Analyst role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining crucial KPI dashboards, conducting in-depth analyses to identify trends and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to the account management team. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers, technology teams, and leadership to enhance operational efficiency, develop strategic initiatives, and drive the success of our sellers. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on Amazon's seller ecosystem, bridging the gap between data, strategy, and execution.

Key job responsibilities
- Data Analytics & Reporting: lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance reports, monitor and analyze key ESM metrics and KPIs, generate actionable insights from data analysis to support business decisions, create regular business reviews and performance reports for leadership;
- Business Process Optimization: identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, document and standardize best practices across the team, collaborate with tech teams to improve tools and systems;
- Strategic Support & Analysis: partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with Account Management teams to understand business needs, support the implementation of new initiatives and programs;
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: track and analyze seller performance metrics, identify trends and patterns that impact seller success;- Proven Sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Availability to work 5 days at the office in São Paulo
