As the ERW Operations Manager, you will lead operational activities, manage relationships with farmers, and ensure successful project execution in Brazil's tropical regions. We are an impact-driven, remote-first, ClimateTech (CDR) startup headquartered in Germany and Brazil to reverse climate change and make tropical agriculture more regenerative, low-carbon, and sustainable. We are working with Enhanced Rock Weathering in tropical agriculture, focusing on Brazil. We do this to create a liveable planet for future generations and, specifically, to regenerate soils and ecosystems, grow nutritious food, and increase food security and sovereignty in the tropics.

Core Skills & Experience
This is a hybrid position with a base in a strategic location, to cover our operations on Farms in the BR Regions Central West, Triângulo Mineiro region, andNorth-Western São Paulo, as well as potentially other farming sites across Brazil during key operational periods. This travel component is essential to support on-the-ground project implementation, farmer engagement, and logistics.
Language skills: Portuguese & English - However, strong English skills are not mandatory. We encourage candidates with varying levels of English proficiency to apply.
