Erlang Tech Lead at BairesDev

We are looking for Erlang Tech Leads to join our Development team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive people, team players passionate about programming in this language and oriented to provide the best experience to the end user. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growing companies in the industry!

These developers will face numerous technical challenges, so they must use current technologies, get involved in the mobile world, web applications, devices, etc.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop, maintain and support high load distributed systems.
2. Innovate on building highly scalable systems.
3. Contribute to support operational needs, including testing, tool building and bug fixing problems that are impacting our technical and support teams.
4. Manage technical relationships with internal and external developers and suppliers on an ongoing basis, write developments, feature enhancements, preparation of technical specifications and product bug fixes.
5. Design APIs and implement backend services that will support our web and mobile clients.
6. Maintain the existing codebase that powers our platform.

Here’s what we are looking for:

1. 10+ years of experience working as a developer.
2. 7+ years of experience in Erlang.
3. Proficient with analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
4. Advanced English level.
