What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and support all functions related to core ERP (Epicor), Bolt-On, and integrated applications
- Act as a Business Relation Manager to understand business requirements across Manufacturing, Finance, and Warehouse Management
- Design, build, and maintain customizations within Epicor ERP using C#, BPMs, and SSRS reports
- Develop and maintain integration between Epicor and third-party systems
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in IT and related fields
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP systems
- Must have Kinetic and Epicor 10 experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a similar field preferred
- Strong understanding of core ERP business processes and experience in a SOX-compliant environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Epicor Service Connect or similar integration tools
- Familiarity with source control (e.g., Git) and standard SDLC practices
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and data migration
- Strong ability to propose solutions based on business pain points
