  • Create and renew posts on different portals.

The Entry-Level Headhunter does not need experience, should enjoy seeking out and interacting with new people frequently, and be able to determine if the candidates and the company are a good match, ensuring that their expectations are aligned.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions;
  • Collaborate with recruiters to identify appropriate experience and skillsets for desired positions;
  • Schedule introductory calls between the candidates and recruiters (fast track candidates);
  • Validate qualifications based on resume or profiles for candidates;
  • Send the online test to applicants based on the position that they applied for;
  • Create and re-new posts on different portals.
Must Have
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Ability to balance priorities with a strong capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and dynamic environments;
  • Continuous learner.
