As Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of commercial growth—driving strategic engagements and unlocking revenue through data-driven, AI-powered solutions. You’ll help distributors and FMCG companies make smarter decisions, faster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate Revenue Growth: Prospect, engage, and convert new business opportunities across the FMCG and Distributor landscape.
  • Champion Client Relationships: Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers, fostering long-term success.
  • Master Our Platform: Expertly position RedCloud’s platform and product ecosystem, clearly articulating its commercial value and transformative benefits.
  • Monetise AI Intelligence: Guide customers in deploying the full suite of RedCloud’s AI-powered capabilities using tailored commercial models to achieve Net Revenue growth.
  • Spot & Shape Opportunities: Identify client challenges and convert them into commercial wins through strategic insight and solution selling.
  • Drive ROI Narratives: Implement customised ROI models to reinforce sales pitches and validate value creation.
  • Visualise Data Impact: Present RedCloud product suite enabling data-led insights that drive margin improvements, market footprint expansion, and volume growth for our Distributor and FMCG partners
  • Predict & Empower: Highlight predictive modelling and automation features that anticipate risks and support proactive decision-making.
  • Stay Ahead of AI Evolution: Remain up to date with advancements in generative AI and communicate their implications to clients for market foresight and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Hunter Mentality: Strong B2B sales track record in FMCG, Distribution, Data sectors
  • Fluent in Data: Solid understanding of data analytics, predictive modelling, and AI-led business transformation.
  • Clear & Convincing: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent operator with a bias for action.
  • Technical Translator: Ability to transform technical capabilities into persuasive commercial stories.
  • Advanced English is mandatory
