Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution: Collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and contribute to developing solutions. Proactively build an external stakeholder network and implement strategies to accelerate and close Security opportunities.
  • Business Value Selling: Hunt for new Security opportunities by engaging with key business contacts, understanding their business and technology priorities, governance, decision-making, and budget processes. Effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Technical Expertise: Initiate Security discussions with business decision-makers, share best practices, and knowledge of key competitors across solution areas. Act as a subject matter expert to advise on pursuit or withdrawal of opportunities.
  • Sales Excellence: Collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, develop competitive strategies, forecast, and analyze business potential to pursue high-potential customers.
  • Culture Growth: Contribute to Microsoft’s culture priorities by working with peers to promote Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, Giving, and Learning.
  • Learning Mentality: Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth in the Cybersecurity domain.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills OR a relevant degree.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work towards goals as best practices are developed.
  • Interest in cybersecurity and technology solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate technical security conversations.
