Centraprise, Corp. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define end-to-end solution architectures for large-scale transformations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor across workstreams, guiding decisions and aligning business goals with scalable, secure cloud solutions. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, GCP solution architecture, or senior technical consulting.
• Proven experience designing and governing large-scale enterprise solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end enterprise architecture, technical blueprints, and solution designs for large-scale GCP transformation initiatives.
• Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor across multiple workstreams, resolving architectural conflicts and guiding critical technical decisions.
• Develop architecture documentation, including presales scoping documents, Technical Design Documents (TDDs), architecture decision records, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Design and govern secure GCP landing zones, hybrid connectivity, networking, IAM, and VPC Service Controls.
• Translate regulatory, security, and compliance requirements into practical cloud architecture and security controls.
• Architect enterprise Generative AI, conversational AI, RAG, and multi-agent solutions using Vertex AI and related GCP services.
• Establish AI governance, deterministic validation mechanisms, guardrails, and separation between LLM-generated outputs and business logic.
• Design and govern enterprise data platforms using BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Dataform, and Cloud Composer.
• Lead architectural planning for complex migrations from AWS, Azure, Databricks, and on-premises environments to GCP.
• Evaluate application modernization strategies involving microservices, GKE, Cloud Run, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Review production code, repositories, architecture patterns, pull requests, and test suites to validate technical design and business rules.
• Assess architectural trade-offs, performance, scalability, data integrity, cost optimization, and FinOps considerations.
• Lead technical escalations and recovery efforts, coordinating customer executives, engineering teams, and external delivery partners.
• Present architectural recommendations, technical risks, timelines, and strategic decisions to senior stakeholders, including CIOs and CTOs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define end-to-end solution architectures, develop strategic technology blueprints, and establish technical governance for large-scale enterprise transformations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working across multiple workstreams to resolve complex architectural challenges, guide technical decisions, and align business objectives with scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. The role requires strong expertise in GCP cloud foundations, data and AI architecture, application modernization, security, and enterprise migrations. The candidate must be comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, leading technical discussions, reviewing architecture and code, and coordinating with delivery teams and systems integration partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Generative AI: Vertex AI, Vertex AI Search, RAG architectures, conversational AI, multi-agent orchestration, and AI governance.
• Application Modernization: GKE, Cloud Run, microservices, serverless architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform and automated cloud infrastructure provisioning.
• Programming Literacy: Ability to review and evaluate production code written in Python, Java, or Go.
• Cloud Migration: Architecture and governance for migrations involving AWS, Azure, Databricks, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Technical Governance: Architecture reviews, design documentation, risk assessment, dependency mapping, and technical decision-making.
• FinOps: Cloud cost optimization, resource utilization analysis, and data-driven architecture decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, GCP solution architecture, professional services, or senior technical consulting.
• Proven experience designing and governing large-scale enterprise solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud foundations, data and analytics, application modernization, and AI/ML architecture.
• Experience translating complex business and commercial requirements into actionable technical architectures.
• Ability to conduct architecture and code reviews and validate technical implementations.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting enterprise GenAI and conversational AI solutions using Vertex AI, Vertex AI Search, Agent Studio, or Customer Engagement Suite.
• Experience leading complex cloud and data migrations, including dependency analysis, migration wave planning, and data reconciliation.
• Experience in regulated industries, particularly Brazilian financial services or telecommunications.
• Familiarity with Brazilian financial regulations, including Bacen requirements, closed-network architectures, fraud and credit systems, and LGPD/PII compliance.
• Experience with high-volume voice and text platforms, SIP, and telephony integrations.
• Proven ability to lead technical escalations and recovery initiatives in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience enabling systems integrators and delivery partners through architecture governance and knowledge transfer.
• Spanish proficiency is an added advantage.
