Qualificações

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory.
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI.
• Experience engaging with C-level leadership at Fortune 1000 firms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, predictive modeling, LLMs, automation, and ethical AI.
• Understanding of data governance, integration patterns, and multi-org/hybrid cloud.
• Experience with Agentforce/Agent Builder and autonomous agents.
