Qualificações

  • 5+ anos de experiência em vendas em uma empresa de tecnologia focada no segmento Enterprise.
  • Fluência em português brasileiro e compreensão profunda das nuances regionais e culturais.
  • Habilidades de comunicação excepcionais e capacidade de construir relacionamentos.

Responsabilidades

  • Construir e gerenciar um portfólio crescente de novas contas em indústrias que adotam AI conversacional.
  • Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios onde a tecnologia de voz da ElevenLabs pode impulsionar o engajamento do usuário.

About the role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Account Executive in Brazil who is passionate about voice technology and how it is changing businesses. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with organizations to help them generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will:

  1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals

  2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency

  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends

  4. Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company focused on the Enterprise segment, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms

  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus, with the proven ability to manage complex negotiations across multiple stakeholders

  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment

  • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation

  • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction & scale

  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances, fluency in English is also required

  • Proven ability to craft tailored proposals and ROI analyses that effectively demonstrate how our solutions solve enterprise-scale challenges
