What this role is about

If you are passionate about English Teaching, have basic knowledge of TBL methodologies, and are eager to be part of a dynamic company at the forefront of language learning innovation, we would love to tell you more about this opportunity. In this role, you will work with various companies, helping them improve their professional English skills.

You will engage with a diverse adult population ranging from beginner to advanced intermediate (Pre-A1 to B2) levels. Alongside our digital product, we offer classes to enhance proficiency and conversational skills essential for workplace success.

Slang emphasizes the development of our language learning products. We value your experience and enthusiasm to contribute to our vision, using your insights to improve our offerings.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging online classes across various subjects using provided content.
2. Maintain accurate user progress documents for organized learning experiences.
3. Provide timely feedback on progress, assignments, and participation.
4. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment promoting active participation.
5. Attend training sessions to improve teaching skills and content delivery.
6. Communicate effectively with students, addressing questions and providing guidance.
7. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Technical skills and requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages or related fields, TESOL/TEFL certification preferred.
2. Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
3. Experience in English teaching.
4. Skills in conducting speaking assessments.
5. Ability to provide personalized feedback.
6. Availability of about 80 hours per month preferred.
7. Proficiency with digital teaching tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, G Suite).
