Our best-in-class Electric Rotating Machines Engineering team develops a wide variety of products for rail, off-highway and drill applications. In this role, the Technical Leader will work with cross-functional teams to design and develop electric machines, as well as maintain and expand existing products.
As a member of the Electric Rotating Machines team, you will be responsible for design, testing, application studies, field support, manufacturing support, and innovation on various machine topologies. You will support initiatives including hybrid and battery electric vehicles.
You will be responsible for motors and/or alternator electrical design, working with cross-functional teams to meet objectives. You will provide technical leadership on complex assignments with long-term business implications, manage complex issues within your expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
