SBM Offshore, a global leader in offshore engineering, seeks an Engineering Project Engineer to support project managers in delivering disciplined, safe, and cost-effective engineering solutions for FPSO and related assets.

You will collaborate across disciplines, manage deliverables, control work hours and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while capturing lessons learned for future projects.

Formación

• Engineer Diploma required.
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and manage complex interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Engineering Project Manager in managing engineering work, deliverables, and schedules.
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant deliverables.
• Capture lessons learned and assess change impact within project boundaries.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, vendors, classification societies and regulatory bodies.

Purpose

• The Engineering Project Engineer's purpose is to support the Engineering Project Manager in delivering projects that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability, contributing to the organization's strategic objectives and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• You provide support to the Engineering Project Manager in managing engineering work including engineering deliverables, work-hour and schedule control.
• You work across all engineering disciplines to ensure the engineering deliverables are completed on time, on budget, on quality and in accordance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• You ensure lessons learnt are captured, understanding the change impact within and across project system boundaries.
• You support actively discipline interfaces, including third parties where applicable (clients, subcontractors, vendors, classification societies and regulatory bodies).
