Symrise is seeking an experienced project leader to drive large-scale industrial initiatives in Brazil. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and production disciplines to deliver safe, compliant facilities.

You will lead pre-commissioning through handover to Operations, manage suppliers and contractors, and serve as the main technical interface with internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple contracts.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale industrial projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and review multidisciplinary engineering designs, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, automation, utilities, HVAC, process, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from the engineering phase through commissioning.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage suppliers, engineering firms, and contractors, ensuring alignment and quality throughout project execution.
• Act as the main technical interface between internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners, including suppliers and regulatory authorities.
• Lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover to Operations, ensuring operational readiness.
• Ensure the application of project management methodologies and compliance with technical, regulatory, and governance standards.

Your Role

• Lead large-scale industrial projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related areas is a plus.
• Solid experience managing large-scale industrial projects, preferably greenfield developments.
• Proven experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Advanced English.
