  • Mentor early experience colleagues to raise the skills of the commercial integration team within the systems engineering organization.
  • Communicate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Lead a team of manufacturing, process, component, and test engineers to integrate new products and support existing products in manufacturing.
  • Ensure the current as-built design, bill-of-materials, and the change history, for every deployed product, system, and sub-systems is fully documented and made available to the engineering and operations teams for reference.
  • Advocate for sustainable design principles, materials, and methodologies in product development.
  • Stay updated with the latest sustainability trends, regulations, and technologies in the industrial automation space.
  • Characterize operations at customer site (initially in chicken hatcheries) including available space, existing workflow, existing equipment, installation ingress/egress, utility availability (electric, compressed air, water, drainage).
  • Develop layouts for integration of TARGAN equipment into customer operations including physical layout, integration with existing equipment, utilities, and workflow.
  • Collaborate with customers and field service representatives to refine layouts and find creative solutions to difficult installation conditions.
  • Together with a team of mechanical designers, develop complete designs with schematics and assembly drawings.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing organization to ensure correct assembly of required components and execution of factory acceptance tests.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve problems during the installation process and oversee site acceptance tests.
