The anti-fraud team is responsible for integration with clients' anti-fraud and 3DS solution providers. The team also has solutions for calculating taxes, fees, and exchange rates.

What you'll do

  • Help to build a high-performance team and collaborate so that work flows in an efficient manner.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities.
  • Manage the squad aiming for productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate on the team's technical decisions.
  • Monitor the progress of projects, address any problems that arise, and ensure proper planning.
  • Ensure the quality of the product produced by the team.
  • Ensure the performance and the technical decisions made by the team.
  • Make assertive decisions in adverse environments (short time, pressure from customers, various restrictions).
  • Maintain direct contact with the international team and clients when necessary.
  • Monitor new features and the production environment, always seeking to achieve our SLOs / SLAs.
  • Possess excellent technical skills for decision making (Java and/or Golang, Cloud, Containerization, testing, and code reviewing).

Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing high-performance teams.
  • Knowledge and experience with agile methodology.
  • Proficiency in Java/Golang.
  • Experience with distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience with API development and solid API testing knowledge.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Desirable knowledge in the payments industry.
  • Experience with performance testing.
  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Excellent work ethic, dependable and responsible.
  • Must be a flexible self-starter who can quickly adapt to new requirements and a growing team.
  • Critical thinker with good logical and creative problem-solving skills, along with excellent speaking and writing skills.
