Intermoor, Acteon's Moorings and Anchors business line, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager in Brazil. The role leads the Engineering function, ensuring safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of engineering services, while developing technical capability and supporting business growth.

Based in the Rio de Janeiro area, you will oversee offshore mooring, installation, inspection and risk assessments, coordinating with Operations, Commercial and QHSE to deliver projects on

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Engineering and professional registration (CREA or equivalent)
• 8+ years of moorings engineering experience with leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in offshore energy, subsea, mooring systems or marine operations
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Advanced Microsoft Office; MS Project, Orcaflex
• Knowledge of project management, engineering standards and risk management

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for offshore mooring, installation, inspection, maintenance and decommissioning projects
• Support tendering, proposal preparation, project reviews and technical risk assessments
• Ensure engineering activities comply with company policies, ISO management systems and regulatory requirements
• Work with Operations, Commercial, QHSE and Project Management to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget
• Develop engineering procedures, standards and lessons learned
• Manage engineering resources and specialist subcontractors
• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing engineering team through recruitment, coaching, succession planning and performance management
• Support strategic growth initiatives and client engagement
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization and engineering excellence
• Promote a strong safety culture and visible leadership

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager in Brazil. The Engineering Manager will lead the Engineering function, ensuring safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of engineering services, while developing technical capability, supporting business growth and maintaining compliance with company standards.

The successful candidate will be based in the Rio de Janeiro area.

Duties

• Ensure engineering activities comply with company policies, ISO management systems and applicable regulatory requirements

Required
