RINA is recruiting an Engineering Intern (Projects) to join its Rio de Janeiro, RJ office within the Energy division. The role focuses on developing and improving management tools, supporting project management activities, and creating dashboards in Power BI for project monitoring.

The candidate should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, have familiarity with Microsoft Office, and possess an intermediate knowledge of Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the organization and control of documents related to clients’ management systems.
• Assist in the preparation of performance indicator reports and other required documentation.
• Fleet control and administration.
• Coordinate employee logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
• Support administrative routines, assisting employees with contract management demands.
• Provide support in project management activities, including data collection and analysis, schedule updates, and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement improvements in management tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for project monitoring. If needed, participate in on-site tasks during the hybrid work model.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain the organization and control of documents related to clients’ management systems.

  Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week (On-site during the first month).
