• Access and review technical drawings through the Adept document system.
• Analyze engineering documentation for project specifications and company standards.
• Assist in developing instrumentation and electrical designs.

We are currently seeking anEngineering Assistantto join our team inDuque de Caxias, RJ. In this role, you will support engineering processes by managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with global systems and teams all within an international environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and consult Bills of Materials (BOM) usingBAAN ERP.
• Access and review technical drawings through theAdeptdocument system.
• Analyze and ensure engineering documentation is aligned with project specifications and company standards.
• Support detailing of structural bases, protection elements, and accessory components for pumping systems.
• UseAutoCADto edit and validate drawings (under supervisor guidance).
• Assist in the development ofinstrumentation and electrical designs.
• Respond to and help resolveNon-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Collaborate with procurement, production, suppliers, and quality teams to support product lifecycle activities.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English(spoken and written) – all communication, documents, and systems are in English.
• Proficiency inAutoCAD; knowledge ofInventor,BAAN ERP, and technical documentation systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working with international teams and technical standards.
