MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD in Brazil, Região Norte, seeks an Industrial Engineer specializing in modelling to forecast facility utility usage and Fab metrics. You will apply Industrial Engineering concepts and collaborate with global sites to drive actionable improvements.

You will analyze data to understand the impact of scenario changes, communicate risks to senior management, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality in daily operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Good communication skills and collaborative mindset to drive actions with stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of coding/programming.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Industrial Engineering concepts and logic towards development of forecasting models covering Facility bulk utility usage and/or other Fab metrics to meet the Fab operation requirements.
• Managing and coordinating various departments and global sites in own field of modelling work, working pro-actively and collaboratively to identify areas of improvement and actionable items to achieve the best outcome for the company
• Understand the impact to the metrics driven by scenario changes through data analysis and overall understanding of modelling and engineering concepts.
• Communicate well to both upper management and downstream stakeholders on impact and risks towards Fab operations, driven by data analysis and logic.
• Exploring and working on improvement projects related to own field of modelling work, such as leveraging on available automation tools to drive productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Apply Industrial Engineering concepts and logic towards development of forecasting models covering Facility bulk utility usage and/or other Fab metrics to meet the Fab operation requirements.
