An important international company is looking for an Engineer with the following descriptions:

Language: Spanish and English

It is essential that the resource has experience in support with end-user experience.

  1. High level proficiency in Windows 7 and Windows 10.
  2. Intermediate to high level proficiency in Apple Mac Operating systems.
  3. Intermediate to high level proficiency in Mobility Device Management (MDM) in iOS and Android operating systems and basic knowledge in Microsoft Intune.
  4. IMAC process Install, Move, Add and Change.
  5. IT Asset management (Desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other IT peripherals).
  6. ITIL and Agile process (exposure to SLA, Ticketing system).
  7. Network troubleshooting and understanding TCP/IP.
  8. Knowledge in Microsoft 365 architecture and Office 365 environment.
  9. Antivirus troubleshooting (understanding of Trend AV and other enterprise antivirus architecture).
  10. Proficiency in multiple vendor hardware troubleshooting (HP, DELL, LENOVO, etc.).
  11. Software deployment through SCCM.
  12. Manual software installation and troubleshooting.
