We at Recrutify, together with our partner KPIT, are looking for a Model Based Developer.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire software release lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
2. Build artifacts on software component and product level
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve release goals
4. Review and provide input on integration testing plans
5. Achieve software releases within defined timelines and quality standards
6. Document and maintain release-related procedures, reports, and release notes
7. Communicate necessary release details to clients/customers
8. Maintain and oversee release automation tools
9. Initiate and manage progressive release processes
10. Identify and implement automation tools for construction, continuous integration, and deployment of software releases
11. Ensure releases operate as expected and troubleshoot issues as needed

Requirements:

1. Ability to handle software infrastructure management and configuration management
2. Engineering degree (with automotive knowledge)
3. Knowledge of GitLab and software development lifecycle
4. Familiarity with static checks (QAC-MISRA guidelines, other coding standards)
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Excellent analytical skills
7. Structured thinking
8. 2-5 years of experience in the organization
