Then we have an exciting position as Field Service Engineer in an international environment available.
SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP is undergoing rapid development and facing new exciting tasks. Our business unit is located in Sao Paulo, Brazil and covers all South American countries. As part of our strategy, we are constantly focusing on strengthening our service setup to provide easier access for our customers. In this growing market, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer with solid experience, preferably within the food or processing industry.
You will be responsible for:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will handle the installation and testing of complete plants according to layout drawings at the customer site, including training the customer’s employees and local service technicians.
It is important that you have a comprehensive professional toolkit and can establish good contact with customers, ensuring they are well-supported during on-site installations, start-up of new machines, and regular service visits. The work will mainly be in South America, and you should expect to travel approximately 75% of the time.
You will plan your work and tasks, including ordering spare parts before service visits, managing on-site installation or service jobs, and preparing detailed service reports and documentation after each task.
We have an informal company culture with high employee satisfaction and a flat organizational structure that allows prompt decision-making. You will join the service team in South America, currently located in Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil.
Before working independently, you will undergo internal training to gain specialized knowledge about our machines and equipment. The training will be conducted locally and at our competence centers in Denmark, Netherlands, and Italy.
