Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality, Packaging, and/or Production.
• Continuous Improvement or related areas; Green Belt certification is desirable.
• Experience in the Food, Pharmaceutical, and/or Cosmetics industries.

• Lead FMEA on production lines and receiving, monitor cause analysis, propose actions.
• Lead commercialization processes at the plant and monitor new product development.
• Monitor analytical controls and internal/external non-conformities.

About the role

This role focuses on improvements in packaging, customer centricity, and participation in the development of sustainable packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FMEA on production lines and receiving, monitor cause analysis, propose actions, implement controls, etc.
• Lead commercialization processes at the plant and monitor new product development, packaging materials, and product changes. Prepare Logbook.
• Monitor analytical controls, internal and external non-conformities to reduce perceived quality defects.
• Track indicators such as shippable percentage, RFT, reprocessing, rework, internal NCRs, and customer complaints, and take actions for improvement.
• Define best practices, equipment, and control methodologies to ensure finished product conformity.
• Evaluate analytical results to verify if they are within process capability.
• Lead quality processes in Kerry's production involving third parties and suppliers, and monitor new product development and changes.

Qualifications and skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality, Packaging, and/or Production.
• Continuous Improvement or related areas; Green Belt certification is desirable.
• Knowledge and experience in packaging.
• Data and numerical analysis skills.
• English and/or Spanish language skills are desirable.
• Experience in the Food, Pharmaceutical, and/or Cosmetics industries.
