Job Title: Engenheiro Civil

Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and management of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
2. Development of the physical project schedule using MS Project.
3. Coordination and guidance of the work team, including site managers, technicians, and workers, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
4. Quality control of materials and services, ensuring compliance with construction standards and regulations.
5. Preparation of progress reports and periodic updates for management and clients.
6. Interaction with suppliers and subcontractors, managing delivery deadlines and quality of services.
7. Problem identification and resolution during project execution with effective solutions.
8. Ensuring necessary documentation, including licenses, approvals, and technical records.
9. Promotion of safety standards and sustainable practices on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Higher education in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction projects, preferably in vertical developments under MCMV, with leadership or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Availability for fieldwork and shift work as needed.
• Desirable: knowledge of technical standards, legislation related to civil construction, and wall containment with tie rods.
• Driver's license.
