Sua Missão

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and work with a focus on quality management, safety, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

• Analyze and optimize production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
• Work on device management, maintenance, and calibration of assembly line equipment at Product Company.
• Conduct component analysis, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety processes according to the highest standards of the Atlas Copco Group.
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support the development of new processes and technologies, always aligned with operational needs.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical, Production, or related fields).
• Consolidated experience in industrial methods and processes.
• Experience in quality management, safety, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of devices, maintenance, calibration, and component analysis.
• Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Analytical profile, systemic vision, and ability to propose practical and sustainable solutions.
• Good interpersonal relationship and ability to work in a team.

Location

This position is 100% on-site at our company in Alphaville, Barueri - SP, with a planned move to Sorocaba/SP in 2027.
