Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer with solid experience in electrical engineering and technical leadership to work on strategic custom transformer projects. This professional will ensure technical excellence, propose continuous improvements, and support contract and risk management, serving as a technical reference for the team.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and apply advanced engineering techniques in developing complex projects.
2. Oversee all project phases, from development to commissioning.
3. Propose innovative solutions and technical improvements based on studies and analyses.
4. Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies to inform strategic decisions.
5. Support contract management, including scope changes and risk analysis.
6. Assess risks and opportunities, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
7. Develop management reports with project performance indicators.
8. Guide and train junior engineers and technicians to foster team development.

Desired Profile:

• Degree: Technologist or Engineer in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in high-complexity projects.
• Tools: Creo (3D), MS Office, simulation tools, Sin Solid.
• Experience in structural calculations, static calculations, mechanical projects, and reporting.
• Intermediate level of English (mandatory).
• Spanish skills are a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across different areas.
• Strong technical communication skills and results-oriented mindset.
