Position Summary - Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Engagement Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 project engagements across both Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) solution areas. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and proactive relationship builder who can manage the delivery lifecycle, ensure business alignment, and support sales pursuits.
The Engagement Manager will serve as a bridge between delivery and business development, responsible for managing project delivery while expanding Mobiz’s footprint within client accounts. This includes supporting proposal development, leading RFP responses, and helping qualify new opportunities by collaborating with Mobiz’s service line leaders.
