Sales Manager, LATAM – Based in Brazil

Are you passionate about driving sustainable energy solutions across Latin America? Join us as a Sales Manager, LATAM, where you’ll lead the charge in expanding our footprint in Brazil and beyond, delivering innovative Energy Management Services, Renewable Certificates, and Renewable Energy Solutions.

This is a high-impact role with a strong focus on Brazil, while also supporting growth in Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru. You’ll work closely with prospects, clients, and partners, providing strategic insights that influence regional and global decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Grow Our Business: Upsell to existing Kinect clients and win new ones across LATAM.
  • Lead with Purpose: Support and mentor Kinect colleagues in business development, enhancing our market relevance.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships with suppliers, utilities, and energy industry stakeholders.
  • Drive Integration: Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of new clients into the Kinect ecosystem.
  • Support Key Accounts: Collaborate with the Key Account Manager, LATAM to expand service offerings.
  • Champion Sustainability: Prospect and develop carbon management solutions including Renewable Energy Certificates, PPAs, and Carbon Offsets.
  • Expand Our Reach: Strengthen our commercial presence in Spanish-speaking LATAM countries.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–5 years in energy, sustainability, or power markets.
  • Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
  • Mobility: Willing to travel up to 20% across the LATAM region.
