Bueno Law is a queer immigration law firm assisting the LGBTQ+ community, survivors of domestic violence, victims of human trafficking, and other vulnerable clients in obtaining legal status in the U.S. We are seeking passionate, results-oriented, and resilient Warriors to join our sales team. This is a remote, full-time position with growth opportunities and unlimited earning potential!

As a Consult Sales Agent, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Answering calls and converting callers into clients by selling consultations with our immigration attorneys;
2. Following up with leads from social media;
3. Adding every lead to our CRM;
4. Following up with each lead;
5. Providing knowledgeable answers to clients' questions.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English and Portuguese;
2. Not afraid of rejection;
3. Resilient and able to handle rejection without taking it personally;
4. Ambitious;
5. Passionate about sales and making a difference;
6. Able to overcome objections;
7. Comfortable in conflict situations and effective in communication with clients and team members;
8. Reliable internet, noise-cancelling headphones, and a private workspace;
9. No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
