Job Description

Leading the team in executing all activities of the butcher shop sector, including customer service, traditional cuts, intermediates, and special cuts of beef, pork, and fish. Managing storage, coordinating the preparation of seasonings, executing and managing stock balances. Coordinating the display and sale of products while maintaining hygiene standards, norms, and procedures of the butcher shop, respecting the requirements of Health Surveillance. Responsible for the sector's results.
