The Position

Job Summary

[Purpose & General Characteristics]
Ensure and supervise the production team to focus on producing products meeting planned cost, quality, and time.

[Representative Activities]
Emphasize safety rules and procedures for safety performance of production
Direct and allocate line operators to maximize productivity and quality, respecting safety and operational rules
Set up the production line and machines to ensure smooth operation
Responsible for call-offs of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production-related materials
Track current performance against targets and resolve issues to close gaps
Implement efficient production methods to increase productivity
Complete necessary paperwork and production records/reports
Train, develop, and motivate operators to achieve good performance
