This team has direct contact with customers, making the pleasure of serving and attending essential for success in this role.

There are significant growth opportunities within this sector.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Coordinate the front of house team;
  • Organize cleanliness and order at the front of house before store opening;
  • Coordinate daily cash register openings;
  • Assign customer service guides;
  • Supervise activities such as parking, reception, POS, counters, and credit services;
  • Oversee customer service;
  • Perform customer service;
  • Prepare schedules for guides, operators, packers, receptionists, credit clerks, and parking assistants;
  • Perform other activities in the sector as directed by the Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or Financial Manager.

Requirements and qualifications

  • High school diploma;
  • Current or completed higher education is a plus;
  • Meet company standards for customer service;
  • Follow operational procedures for the role;
  • Adhere to training guidelines from the Store School;
  • Ability to teach and lead teams;
  • Handle conflicts and pressures effectively;
  • Use authority and make decisions confidently;
  • Communicate effectively verbally and non-verbally.
