We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our construction team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitor the progress of construction at all phases;
• Meet targets and deadlines set by the Construction Supervisor;
• Demand results from the team and promote a collaborative environment;
• Ensure adherence to company standards and support training for performance optimization;
• Follow technical specifications and initiate tasks after approval from the Construction Supervisor;
• Manage service quality and formalize work completion;
• Organize team distribution and coordinate material logistics;
• Maintain order and cleanliness on site and safeguard equipment;
• Resolve operational problems and supervise the use of PPE;
• Act as an intermediary between production and the Construction Supervisor;
• Verify customizations and report non-conformities;
• Supervise up to 30 workers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma;
• Knowledge of supervision;
• Organization and planning skills;
• Knowledge of vertical works, with execution in structural masonry;
• Experience in finishing phase of fine work; reading and technical knowledge of projects;
• Commitment to deadlines and quality; 5S program; standards and procedures for Quality, Safety, and Environment.
