Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops solutions for the Employee and Labor Relations group by analyzing trends and key metrics.
  • Drives initiatives with consideration for talent representation as well as targeted development programs.
  • Conducts objective investigations of complex employee relations issues.
  • Prepares effective communications and responses to agencies and audits.
  • Participates in key policy reviews and recommends actions to help clarify and simplify procedures.
  • Contributes to a positive work environment that balances employee rights and responsibilities.
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee relations and labor relations, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving complex HR issues.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and practices in Brazil.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills. Desired Qualifications
  • Proven track record of effectively managing labor relations issues and implementing successful solutions.
  • Experience in industrial labor relations and managing complex negotiations in a matrix environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to influence without authority and maintain high levels of trust and confidentiality
